Shipping policy

All our shipments leave our warehouse at Plaza de Santa Cristina 4, 28011 Madrid.

SPAIN

Orders over €50 go with free shipping. We use NACEX for shipments to the peninsula and they take between 24 and 48 hours. For orders to the Canary and Balearic Islands we use Correos Parcel Azul and it takes between 3 and 5 days.

For orders of less than €50 we charge €8 for shipping and we also send it by NACEX 24 hours. For shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands we use Correos Parcel Azul with a transit time of between 3 and 5 days.

EUROPE

Free shipping is only available for Spain. We ship to all European countries using Postal service with a flat rate of 25€. We will provide tracking number and shipping time will be from 3 to 5 days.
